Spacious room, comfortable bathroom, the accommodation had a huge bed with snow-white bed linen and a kettle in the room for convenient in-room refreshments.

Everything was brand-new, including wonderful breakfast with different options. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful and always greeted us. Its location was very central, 400 metres from Cathedral and Mausoleum.

The room seemed to be new-fashioned with excellent services. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean, had great breakfast! The location was very central, incredible next to the city park.

The room had pretty bad views.

I really enjoyed my stay as it was halfway up the Schlossberg, making it easy to take in amazing park views and visit good cafes within just a few steps, which enriched my weekend strolls through the city.

The spacious room offered a comfortable stay with snow-white linens and a well-equipped bathroom, everything worked flawlessly. Underground parking, conveniently located next door, added to the ease of access. Friendly reception staff, especially one who stood out with her warm demeanor, made check-in easy. Some staff seemed less engaged, lacking warmth, and while the location is excellent for exploring, the mattress could have been softer for optimal comfort.

Couples seeking a thorough experience

Breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit and a great selection of pastries, something you need to look forward to each morning. The reception staff really tried their best to accommodate us, even when we faced a little hiccup with our room at first.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the quality we received.

The location was perfect for exploring nearby parks and Freedom Square. We enjoyed catching up on the latest sports events, and the breakfast had great healthy options. Rooms were clean and spacious.

One downside was the limited coffee and tea options in our room, which would have been nice for a quick refresh.

I felt so at home in my Standard Double Room. It was spacious, clean, and equipped with an Nespresso machine for that perfect coffee fix. The hotel's location is spot-on too, just a short stroll to local cafés and vibrant parks! Plus, their eco-friendly initiatives are a fantastic touch, like offering a complimentary drink voucher if you opt-out of daily cleaning.

The nh graz city has a fantastic location right in the historic center. We could easily walk to all the major attractions. Our room was spacious with a lovely view. And the bar had a great vibe.
